The experiment was to see how many coaches the new loco from set 5258 would pull.
We had 13 Panorama coaches on the train then ran out of coaches, will try again with some more.
The original locos had a worm and gear drive that with a large load would strip the gear.
This new one with two motors has only a gear drive.

The experiment was to see how many coaches the new loco from set 5258 would pull.
Was continued with 15 Panorama coaches and 4 old type coaches on the train this seams to be near the limit.
Out of interest we tried the older black 0-4-0 R.C. loco and it just pulled 10 Panorama coaches.
